2 celebrations
Plums
1 litre water
Salad with tomaotes, cheese, olive oil/mustard/blueberry vinegar dressing
Smoothie (half of 500ml jar strawberries in syrup, half a jar of yoghurt, 1 apple)
1 ritter knusperflakes
Crisps
Round pitta bread with beef, tomatoes, courgette, onion, cheese
Exercise:
30 minutes swimming
