Salad with pulled pork and onions/sauce with small amount of dressing made with blueberry vinegar, olive oil and water (12:45)
10 haribo sweets (mostly cola bottles)
1 kitkat chunky
1 twix (ca. 16:30)
1 apple (18:30)
3 chocolate covered macadamias (20:00)
Pineapple rice with some pork, onions and sauce (21:10)
1 mug herbal tea


Exercise: walk home from work ca. 50 mins (slowly 'cos of the snow and ice)

1 mug hot water with juice of half a lemon and a teaspoon of honey then topped up again with water
Salad with dressing made using olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, water, black pepper and some boiled potatoes (ca. 15:00)
The last of the onion confit (which I bought in Brussels last year - definitely have to have a go at making this myself)
1 ritter knusperflakes
1 mug nettle mix tea with a teaspoon of honey
Pulled pork with pineapple rice (ca. 19.00)
1 mug of decaf tea with milk
2 slices apple bread with butter (ca. 21:30)
6 chocolate covered macadamia nuts

Meal plan - 3rd calendar week 2013

Breakfast will normally be porridge or cereal.  I'm supposed to be having lunch out with a colleague one day and knowing how things normally go on Wednesdays, am planning on grabbing something quick in the evening on the way to choir.

Small amount of leek and potato soup (turns out I completely oversalted it but I had it with me to eat even though I didn't have time to check it when I took it out of the crockpot this morning, so I only ate a very small amount)
Far too many sweets (M&Ms, mini Dickmanns (3), mini Daim sweets (10), kinder country (2)) - it was someone's birthday and they brought all this stuff in to celebrate
1 large packet crisps (salted) (20:30)
1 mug nettle tea
2 glasses water
1 sweet potato, roasted in a small amount of olive oil (9:30)

Meal plan - 2nd calendar week 2013

Lunches and dinners.  Breakfast will normally be cereal or porridge.  (Plan as I wrote it before going shopping and realising I couldn't/preferred not to get everything in the organic supermarket).  I've planned one day of eating out, although it won't necessarily be both lunch and dinner out on the same day.
