Meal plan - 2nd calendar week 2013

Lunches and dinners.  Breakfast will normally be cereal or porridge.  (Plan as I wrote it before going shopping and realising I couldn't/preferred not to get everything in the organic supermarket).  I've planned one day of eating out, although it won't necessarily be both lunch and dinner out on the same day.

Sandwich/bread rolls with cheese
Salad and chicken breast

Sunday
Eintopf (bean casserole)
Bread, cheese, chutney

Monday
Eintopf
Salad with cheese and chutney

Tuesday
Salad
Eintopf

Wednesday
Leek and potato soup
Bread, cheese. chutney

Thursday
Soup
Eintopf

Friday
Lunch out
Dinner out
