2 cups decaf tea with milk
1 apple
Lentil soup (starter)
Penne arrabiata (main course)
3 small pieces bread
2 glasses red wine
1 small bottle fizzy water
1 cup peppermint tea
1 ritter knusperflakes
Exercise: walk home from restaurant, ca. 45 minutes
