Meal plan - 3rd calendar week 2013
Breakfast will normally be porridge or cereal. I'm supposed to be having lunch out with a colleague one day and knowing how things normally go on Wednesdays, am planning on grabbing something quick in the evening on the way to choir.

Pasta bake (am replacing this with apple bread though, since I bought some today)
Dinner out with English Speakers' Circle

Pulled pork and pineapple rice

Red cabbage with apple and speck with potatoes

Lunch out
Foodcourt on way to choir

Red cabbage
Salad and roasted sweet potato
Friday
Red cabbage
Anything that's leftover and/or pasta Just remembered that I'm invited to a friend's house on Friday evening and we've already decided to order in kebabs
