Pasta (100g dried) cooked, added to tomato, courgette and onion sauce (eaten ca. 12:45)
1 apple (eaten ca. 16:30)
1 litre water
1 cup herbal tea
3 slices pastryless quiche (eaten ca. 21:00)
1 large mug water
25 minute quickish walk to Zollamt
20 minute very brisk walk back to work
30 minutes gentle swim
