1 small round pitta bread with butter
1 cup water
1.5 litres water
1 wrap with salad and chickpea curry
1 apple
1 small Kinder bar
1 large chocolate chocolate chip cookie
1 large bag cheese and onion crisps
3 mugs milk
Half a large ritter sport keks + nuss
1 chocolate bunny
1 pizza margherita
1 mug hot chocolate
1 glass wine


5 minutes stretching
