Marathon day so no fasting - tired, slightly hungover and out and about all day again.

1 x burger in breadroll with slice of cheese, roasted onions, Ballymaloe relish
1 x burger in breadroll with slice of cheese and Ballymaloe relish
Lots of fudge (maybe ten or so pieces? Possibly up to fifteen)
Four glasses Apfelshorle
About half a large Ritter sport keks+nuss
2 large glasses water
Walking up and down from pub to tent (about ten minutes) carrying stuff - four trips total.
