Food:
3 x slices toast with butter
1 cup water
Penne with beef, courgette, tomato.
1 glass fizzy water
Most of a ritter knusperkeks
1 litre water
2 slices toast with butter
3 bockwurst

Exercise:
2 x 15 minutes walk
10 minutes walk
