Tuesday 7th August 2012

Food:
Cornflakes and milk
1 cough sweet
1 small cup water
1.25 litres water
2 ham sandwiches (4 slices 6-grain bread, butter, 2 slices smoked cooked ham, chef brown sauce)
3 cups of decaf tea with milk
2 one-inch brownies
Large handful of strawberries
1 teaspoon sugar
115g plain yoghurt
1 kebab
2 cups fizzy water


Exercise:
25 minutes swimming
10 minutes brisk walk
