Food:
Rice krispies with milk
1 cough sweet
Plums
Salad with tomatoes, scallions, dressing (olive oil, blueberry vinegar, mustard, pepper, water)
Half a wholegrain bread roll
Large packet crisps
1 crunchie
1 litre water
1 kebab

Exercise:
35 minutes walk
