2 slices toast with butter
1 cough sweet
Raspberries
Tomatoes, mozzarella, olive oil
2 slices bread
1.25 litres water
Plums
1 large glass Apfelschorle
3 Reibekuchen + Apfelmus
1 dried sausage

Exercise:
35 minute walk
