Food:
Mirabellen
1 litre water
Chicken with spinach and mozarella with fried potatoes
2 glasses fizzy water
1 florentiner
1 twix
Half packet mentos
2 cups water
3 slices toast with butter
2 Bockwurst
Half a ritter knusperflakes
1 tequila sunrise
Half packet of crisps

Exercise:
30 min walk
