1 x braised red cabbage with apple, onion, Preiselbeeren, bacon bits, white wine vinegar, sugar, red wine, veg stock, spices
3 squares dark chocolate
Large bag crisps
1 mug water
1 x leek and potato soup with 2 slices bread and butter
2 funsize mars

Double portion carrot and lentil soup with one mettwurst
2 glasses wine

Meal plan for calendar week 6

Breakfast will, as usual, normally be porridge or cereal.  So long as I remember to buy enough milk tomorrow, that is.

Bread, cheese and chutney
Spicy carrot and dal soup

Leek and potato soup
Pancakes (with ham and cheese for main course then lemon juice and sugar for dessert)

Red cabbage
