Planned (eaten)

Saturday
(Bread roll with cheese)
(1 Zwiebelschnecke, 1 Käsedinkelstange, 1 Slawiner)
(Beef slices with spicy leeks, kimchi etc. and rice)
(2 x 0.4l pils, 1 x peppermint tea)

Sunday
(Bauernfrühstück, 1 cup hot chocolate, 1 cup mint tea)
(Lentil cottage pie)
(5 funsize mars, several glasses red wine, ca. 3/4 of the bottle)

Monday
Cereal (rice krispies with milk)
Bread roll with tuna (2 x bread rolls with tuna)
Pasta with tomato sauce from the freezer (2 sausages/getrocknete Würste)
6 small funsize bars (colleague's birthday), 0,75 litre fizzy water, 1 cup hot chocolate, 1 large mug water

Tuesday
Cereal (2 Käsebrötchen)
Sandwich with rest of tuna (2-5 slices bread with tuna, 1.5 slices bread with tomato/goats cheese/aubergine spread)
Leftover pasta (Pasta with tomato/courgette/onion sauce, turkey pieces and grated cheese)
(2 funsize bountys, 3 ferrero kusschen, 1 small apple, 1 slice pizza, 1 large packet crisps, 1 glass wine)

Wednesday
Cereal (porridge with milk + sugar, 2 small croissants, 2 small pain au choc at meeting)
Lunch out
Fasting

Thursday
Fasting but cup of hot chocolate after therapy while pulling myself together to get to work
Sandwich with cheese and dried tomatoes
Scrambled eggs

Friday
Cereal
Lunch out or bought sandwich
Popcorn at cinema

5th to 11th October 2013 - meal plan

Saturday
Something on the run for lunch (ham and cheese baguette thing)
Quiche (tomatoes, feta, bacon) (3 slices quiche made with tomatoes, feta and onion)
1 ritter sport knusperflakes, 1 cup herbal tea, half a small bar tayto chocolate

Sunday
Rashers (quiche - up very late, it was already lunchtime)
Quiche (rasher sandwiches, 6 rashers, 4 small slices bread, butter, chef brown sauce)
Kidney bean and carrot burgers with pumpkin wedges (3 small burgers and parmesan lemon crust pumpkin wedges with sour cream)
2 small bars tayto chocolate, 1 cup decaf tea with milk, 1 cup herbal tea, 2.5 large mugs water
Make pumpkin soup with other half for tomorrow Done

Monday
Cereal (3 small slices toast with butter)
Soup (Pumpkin soup with 3 small slices bread with butter)
Burgers with potatoes (3 small bean/carrot burgers with boiled potatoes and small portion leftover roasted veg)
1 twix, 2 cups herbal tea, 1 litre sparkling water, 2 mugs water
Make enough potatoes for leftover mash and prepare lentils Done

Tuesday
Cereal (rice krispies and milk)
Soup (Jägerschnitzel with chips and salad, 1 glass sparkling water - unexpected lunch out with new colleague)
Quiche (snack before class) (1 slice quiche)
Lentil cottage pie (1 large packet crisps, most of 1 large bar keks & nuss)
1 litre water, large mug milk

Wednesday
Cereal (vegetable soup with piece of baguette)
Soup (small packet crisps, lentil cottage pie

Lunch out or cottage pie (chicken cordon blue with feta and spinach, chips)
Pasta with tomato sauce (popcorn)
(1 large packet crisps, a bit more than a quarter of a large ritter sport keks & nuss)

Friday
Cereal (lentil cottage pie)
Lunch out or soup (or maybe pasta leftovers?) (lentil cottage pie)
Chips in town before DIG meeting (chips with satay sauce)
(1 twix, half a large ritter sport keks & nuss, 2 x 0.4l pils)
