Vegetable soup
Plate with 3 pitta bread, dried tomatoes, hummus, wild garlic pesto, chutney, 2 slices cheese
1 glass water

1 cup makes-you-pee tea
1 very large portion pasta (120g dried)
3 teaspoons wild garlic pesto (too much although just 2 might have been too little)
1 glass water
Few tic tacs
Dinner at friends:
2 slices bread, 1 radish, black olive tapenade
3 small glasses wine
4 glasses water
2 cups herbal tea
Pasta (typical, I didn't know what we were going to be having when I made my lunch) with spinach and pinenuts
Salad with lemon and mustard dressing
Ricotta with dried fruits and nuts

Wednesday 29th May 2013

2 spoons of porridge (before I realised the milk had turned)
1 slice bread with cheese and chutney
Indian-spiced potato and vegetable soup
2 slices bread and butter
1 apple
1 slice bread with cheese and chutney
1 cough sweet
2 cups makes-you-pee tea
1 litre water
Gnocchi with tomato and mozzarella sauce and 2 pieces bread
2 glasses fizzy water and 1 cup fresh peppermint tea
3 glasses fizzy water
1 glass Killepitsch
1 glass fizzy water
2 thin slices bread with wild garlic pesto

Porridge (half cup oats, cup of milk and one teaspoon of sugar)
1 glass water
2 cups detox tea
0.75 litres water
Carrot and ginger soup with a small amount of mini alphabet pasta shapes
2 slices bread with cheese and dried tomatoes
5 tic tacs
Oak leaf lettuce with vinaigrette (2 teaspoons each olive oil and balsamic vinegar, 1 teaspoon mustard, 3 teaspoons water, freshly ground black pepper), dried tomatoes
2 teaspoons wild garlic pesto
3 small slices bread
3 glasses water
1 cup herbal tea
1 square dark chocolate

Porridge (half cup oats, cup milk, 1 teaspoon sugar)
Salad (oak leaf lettuce, dried tomatoes, wild garlic, dressing made with olive oil, mustard, balsamic vinegar, water, ground black pepper)
1 apple
1.25 litres water
3 cups detox tea
2 slices bread (one with butter, one with slice cheese and chutney)
3 mint tictacs
1 cough sweet
1 portion potato and veg soup
1 slice bread with butter and jam
1 slice bread with dried tomatoes and cheese
