Half an apple
1 cup of sage tea
2 slices wholegrain spelt bread
A few slices of turkey salami and a few slices of kasseler ham plus the end of a garlic sausage which she threw in the bag for free
1 cup of milk (minus the half of it that I spilled all over the place!)
2 packets spicy peanuts
1 starbar
1 bar of ritter sport chocolate
A bit more than 2 litres water.

50g cheese + spoon of chutney on one side, butter and strawberry+raspberry jam on the other
Small bag of schokobons (8 sweets, 46g)

Penne al Forno (pasta with tomato sauce and cheese)
Large glass of apfelschorle
8 squares of ritter sport keks + nuss
1 cup of herbal tea

This blog will simply be a list of what I eat every day, nothing more, no explanations, no trying to make myself feel better, no recipes - just a daily keeping track of what I'm eating to stop me from clogging up my other blog! So here goes:

Half a packet of silvermints
A few small pieces of quiche, plus the crusts leftover after cutting it up - approx. two big slices altogether
2 cups herbal tea
1 cheesy roll
1 snickers
12 olives
2 glasses red wine
Leftover pasta from yesterday with the addition of extra sauce from what I'm cooking today (tomatoes and onions plus from garden courgette, garlic, chard) with about 50g cheese
1 bar ritter sport cornflakes
2.5 litres water
