Plums
Tomatoes, mozarella, basil and olive oil
1 bread roll
1 square dark chocolate
1 litre water
6 celebrations
Potatoes, beef, tomatoes, courgette, onion, herbs
1 large cup water
Vitamin D capsule

Exercise:
35 minutes walking
