Tuesday 28th May 2013

Porridge (half cup oats, cup of milk and one teaspoon of sugar)
1 glass water
2 cups detox tea
0.75 litres water
Carrot and ginger soup with a small amount of mini alphabet pasta shapes
2 slices bread with cheese and dried tomatoes
5 tic tacs
Oak leaf lettuce with vinaigrette (2 teaspoons each olive oil and balsamic vinegar, 1 teaspoon mustard, 3 teaspoons water, freshly ground black pepper), dried tomatoes
2 teaspoons wild garlic pesto
3 small slices bread
3 glasses water
1 cup herbal tea
1 square dark chocolate
