Fasting day (until the box of shortbread happened!)

1 wrap with salad and other half of tuna mixed with quark and one pesto cube
3 large mugs water
White bean, carrot and onion mixed with 2 pesto cubes (few spoonfuls in pitta bread and then another)
1 square dark chocolate
1 packet shortbread fingers

Thursday 1st May 2014

1 large bag salt and vinegar crisps
1 ritter sport knusperflakes
Several mugs of water
1 mug hot chocolate with cream
1 crepe with feta and tomato
1 portion oven chips
1 mug milk

1 small round pitta with small amount of grated cheese and 2 pieces dried tomatoes
1 mug water
2 mugs herbal tea
1 litre water
1 cookie (white chocolate and raspberry) - 76g
1 Kinder bar
1 wrap with salad and tuna mixed with quark and pesto-cube
1 large bag salt and vinegar crisps
1 apple
Several sausages and 1 bottle red wine at barbeque, along with 5 sweets


15 minutes walk halfway to work
15 minutes walk halfway home from work

Fasting day for real this time!

1 cup herbal tea
1 wrap with salad and tuna/sun-dried tomatoes packet (80g)
1 small apple
1 litre fizzy water
1 small round pitta with spoonful of grated cheese and two pieces dried tomatoes

30 minutes walk home from work

Monday 28th April 2014

Supposed to be fasting day - forgot about team lunch

Half-mug milk
1 cup herbal tea
About six, maybe seven, mini-bars - toblerone + maom
1 Speckpfannkuchen with small side salad
Several glasses fizzy water
Strawberries with ice-cream (mostly likely there was sugar on them, too)
1 small round pitta with rest of tuna mixed with pesto-cube and quark
Rest of large Ritter bar

30 minute walk home from work

Sunday 27th April 2014

Marathon day so no fasting - tired, slightly hungover and out and about all day again.

1 mug water
1 Bratwurst with rye bread
Loads of crisps
1 x burger in breadroll with slice of cheese, roasted onions, Ballymaloe relish
1 x burger in breadroll with slice of cheese and Ballymaloe relish
Lots of fudge (maybe ten or so pieces? Possibly up to fifteen)
Four glasses Apfelshorle
About half a large Ritter sport keks+nuss
2 large glasses water


Walking up and down from pub to tent (about ten minutes) carrying stuff - four trips total.

Saturday 26th April 2014

Non-tracking day - out and about all day, met friend for breakfast at local cafe, walking tour of town, cooked pasta for pre-marathon party (had a serving myself, too), then at birthday party in the evening with lots of lovely eats (beetroot done with cream cheese and cake salé) and far too much wine.
