1 wholegrain bread roll
50g cheese + spoon of chutney on one side, butter and strawberry+raspberry jam on the other
Small bag of schokobons (8 sweets, 46g)
Boiled potatoes with butter
Small bar of whole nut
4 boiled sweets
Penne al Forno (pasta with tomato sauce and cheese)
Large glass of apfelschorle
8 squares of ritter sport keks + nuss
1 cup of herbal tea
2 litres water
