Monday 28th January 2013

1 bowl porridge made with milk and a spoonful of sugar
2 squares dark chocolate
2 cough sweets
2 glasses water
500ml water
2 cups herbal tea
1 cheeseburger with chips
1 glass Apfelschorle
3 corny nut bars
1 apple
Turkey/cream cheese/kale with tomato sauce
2 slices bread
