Monday 21st April 2014

1 egg poached in tomato/courgette/onion with 2 slices bread, toasted and buttered
3 large mugs water
Rest of strawberries with rest of yoghurt
2 slices yoghurt cake (even the burned bits. Boo.)
1 mug decaf tea with milk
Pasta (100g dried) with leeks, onion, lardons, wild garlic, sautéed in olive oil and mixed with quark and basil/pine nut cubes from freezer. Topped with cheese.
