Food:
1 slice bread, toasted with butter
2 cups orange juice
1 cough sweet
1 square dark chocolate
Cheese sandwich (2 slices bread, butter, small amount of cheese)
Chips
Smoothie (puréed raspberries and strawberries, plain yoghurt)
1.75 litres water
1 ritter knusperkeks
Omelette (3 eggs, onion, cheese, tomato, creme fraiche)

Exercise:
30 mins swimming
2 x 20 mins walking
1 x 10 mins walking
