Friday 3rd August 2012

Food:
1 bowl of cornflakes with milk
2 cough sweets
2 small bread rolls with cheese
1 small salad: salad leaves, three pieces of tomato and tuna plus oil and balsamic vinegar dressing, half of which landed all over my t-shirt when I opened the container
1 pizza margherita
1.5 litres water
1 glass fizzy water
1 bar ritter sport
1 packet chocolate m+m's,
1 twix

Excercise:
Brisk 20 minute walk at lunch and slower 10 minute after eating
