Food:
Rice krispies and milk
1 cough sweet
3 squares dark chocolate
Mirabellen
Pasta salad (pasta, small amount of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, red onion, courgette, tomatoes)
2 litres water
Large handful tortilla chips
8 squares ritter knusperkeks


Exercise:
30 minutes swimming
