Food:
1 cough sweet
1 Käsebrötchen
2 ham sandwiches (4 slices bread, 2 slices smoked cooked ham, butter, chef brown sauce)
4 one-inch brownies
Strawberries (large handful)
1 plain yoghurt (115g)
1 teaspoon sugar
1.5 litre water
1 toasted chicken sandwich (2 slices bread, butter and chicken)
1 glass fizzy water
75g crisps


Exercise:
20 minutes walk
40 minutes walk
