Thursday 9th August 2012

Food:
1 Käsebrötchen
1 cough sweet
Mirabellen
1 litre water
250ml fizzy water
Greek meatballs in tomato sauce with chips
Most of a ritter sport knusperflakes
2 cups herbal tea
1 cup fizzy water
3 slices of bread (toasted) with butter
3 small Bockwürste
3 boiled sweets

Exercise:
30 minutes walk (before work no less!)
10 minutes walk
