Food:
2 Käsebrötchen
1 cough sweet
1 square dark chocolate
1 kebab (wrap, chicken, onions, tzatziki)
Strawberries
2 slices bread with butter
Chips
4 squares knusperkeks
1 cup herbal tea
2.25 litres water

Exercise:
2 x 15 mins walk
35 min walk
